PB & Chocolate Shake
I’m not a big fan of drinking down my calories except in the following situations. This is a great shake for all those chocolate and peanut butter lovers
After a heavy resistance or high intensity interval training (HIIT) session when I don’t have time or access to a solid meal.
Some days a quick and easy shake in the morning, afternoon, or evening does the trick.
- 1/2 to 1 cuphalf n half
- 1 scoopGNC Whey Protein Isolate Chocolate Peanut Butter
- 1/2 to 1scoopDymatize ISO 100 Whey Protein Isolate Birthday Cake
- 1 to 2tablespoonspeanut butterI use Skippy Natural – only 3 g sugar
- Iceadd for texture
- Add ice, water and half n half into blender.
- Add protein powder and peanut butter
- Blend for 1-2 minutes. Add more ice if needed based on preferences.
